Dr. Who?

Haha psych! You thought this was going to be yet another post about Doctor Who! Wrong!! This is a post about Dr. Seuss -- feel like a dummy yet?

So apparently before he was an accomplished author (but after To Think I Saw it on Mulberry Street)Dr. Seuss (or Theodore Geisel) drew political cartoons for a magazine called PM. There is a book of his art from 1941 - 1943 called Dr. Seuss Goes to War (available on Amazon). The cartoons are instantly recognisable as Seussian -- but the subject is well -- not so Seussian. Here's a few examples. Surreal no?
